If you plan on arriving after the times listed, please contact us to make late check-in arrangements. If you arrive before your room is available, you are more than welcome to have a look around INA House or pick up a map so you can get started right away on your Chiang Mai vacation.

A deposit equal to the first night of your stay (plus tax) is required when booking your reservation. During High Seasons, (the last full week of October), Christmas, and New Years, the deposit required is normally 50% of your entire stay.
Since Ina House is a small property, cancellations affect our income greatly. Please see the following paragraph for cancellations during holidays and special events. For non-holiday/special event reservations we must receive your cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and your deposit will be refunded less a 25% handling fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your reservation, your deposit is nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the reservation will incur a charge for the entire reservation. Any changes in reservation dates will incur an adjustment fee of 15% of the reservation fee per room. Once you arrive, there are no refunds for shortened stays.
During high Seasons, (the last full week of October), Christmas, and New Years, the cancellation period is normally extended to 90 days, and the handling fee is 25%. Higher cancellation periods may be required for some special events and holidays.
All of our room rates are based on double & triple occupancy. We allow a maximum of 2 people in our Family or Suite Rooms, and a maximum of 3 people in our Triple Deluxe. A 3rd person in any Suite will incur a fee of 150 THB/night.
Pets are not allowed in any of our rooms.
We are an environmentally conscious guest house. All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking of any kind inside our rooms will result in a minimum charge of 5000THB. Smoking is allowed only at the 2nd floor and 5th floor balcony.
